Insurance Roof Claim Inspections and Estimates You Can Trust!
What You Should Know About Florida’s New Insurance Laws
Starting in July, 2021, new Florida insurance regulations will make it harder for homeowners to file legitimate insurance roof claims, and easier for insurance companies to delay, deny and defend themselves from paying out on roof claims. Tens of thousands of Floridians with old, weather-worn roofs have already had their homeowners insurance CANCELLED!
For this reason, we recommend you should…
NEVER LET AN INSURANCE ADJUSTER ON YOUR ROOF ALONE, AND NEVER NEGOTIATE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR INSURANCE
COMPANY ON YOUR OWN!
If you want the full replacement coverage you deserve, you must work with a qualified Public Adjustor with years of experience inside the insurance industry, who’s job is to fight for YOU, not the insurance company.
A Public Adjuster is your advocate who will manage your claim and negotiate with your insurance company from a position of power.
YOU COULD STILL GET FULL REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
EVEN IF YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN DENIED!
But the process is becoming much more difficult, and you must file your claim within a limited time frame, so if you have any questions about filing a claim, or have already filed a claim and need a roof inspection and replacement cost estimate, fill out the form so we can answer all your questions over the phone and offer the right solutions. We’re here to help!
Need an Inspection and Estimate For Insurance?
Whether you need a roof inspection and cost estimate, or a referral to a qualified Public Insurance Adjuster to help you understand your rights, we’re happy to answer your questions on the phone. Tell us how we can help… there is no cost or obligation.
Yes, We Honor Insurance Claims!
You may not be aware you qualify for Storm Damage Replacement if severe weather struck a while ago, and because some roof damage (caused by storms or otherwise) isn’t always obvious from the ground.
To know the real condition of your roof and avoid even worse long-term damage, you’ll need a qualified inspector who is trained to spot hidden storm damage.
Our technician will perform a personal, up close inspection, or send up the “The Flying Dutchman”, our high-tech aerial drone to inspect your roof using a 4K digital camera safely from the ground and take high-resolution photos to show you any damage we find.
There’s no cost and no obligation for the inspection, and if we don’t find any damage, at least you’ll have peace of mind knowing your roof is in good shape!
Storm Damage Replacement Process
If we discover storm damage to your roof, we will prepare a professional report with photos of all damaged areas, and a detailed replacement cost estimate for you to present to your insurance agent or public adjuster.
Once you are approved for a new roof, we’ll work with you and your adjustor to schedule the installation as soon as possible and cooperate with all parties to make sure the job runs smoothly and is finished on time.
Helping you throughout the storm damage replacement process and working well with all insurance professionals is just “one” reason you’ll love working with Dutchman Roofing.
Your beautiful new roof be the main reason!
No Cost Shingle Upgrade
An important point to note when replacing your storm damaged roof is that insurance policies typically pay to replace “like-kind” materials. In other words, if your current roof is metal, you’ll get a new metal roof. If you have tile, we can replace it with beautiful new tile, etc.
If you have an older 3-Tab shingle roof, you’ll get automatic upgrade to premium grade architectural shingles. We don’t install the old 3-Tab shingles anymore because of their inferior quality and inability to withstand severe wind and hail.
Architectural shingles are more durable, far more attractive and they come in several colors and profiles to give your home a fresh new look.
We’ll leave you with a gorgeous new, water-tight roof that gives you the pride of ownership and sense of security you desire!
